No, we sell posters and frames separately. The frame is not included in the price of the poster. The frame must be purchased separately.

The items are shipped to worldwide and provide FREE Shipping on ALL orders. We’ve partnered with leading postal carriers and shipping services that operate across more than 180 countries and islands around the world.

Currently, we are unable to ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico or any military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive your parcels tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Note that it may take 48 hours from when you received the shipping confirmation email before the tracking link is active.

We accept the paypal. The item is shipped to your paypal shipping address.

Standard delivery times for our FREE Shipping service are roughly 15-30 Business Days via standard Postal services, with tracked delivery. We provide an express delivery service (courier service), but the considerable extra cost that our customers would incur and the customs fees. Therefore, express delivery services will typically cost a lot more than the canvas prints themselves. For these reasons, we suggest that the items are shipped via stardard postal services. It is better simply way. But it takes a little longer than express couriers, but will be absolutely free.

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We provide Free Shipping on all orders via airmail and postal carriers. Different countries or carriers have different restrictions to the size of the packages to ship. This means that some items may be displayed as out of stock on our website. If some sizes are not listed on our website, please feel free to contact us.

There is a 14 – day return policy for products purchased at posterstore.com. This means that you have the right to return your purchase by contacting us within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point (cooling-off period). If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the parcel must be unused and needs to be packaged the exact same way it was when you received it from us. It is important to re-roll the posters in the protective paper since it ensures they do not shift during transit. When you’ve re-rolled the posters in the paper, use sticky tape so we can take it out of the tube easily upon return. Generally speaking, the items are printed and shipped in 3 working days. you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. If the items are marked shipped, the items can not be cancelled. For further information, please see our Returns & Cancellations page.
